Investigating

We're aware of an issue affecting the sending of WhatsApp templates and have identified the root cause: the problem is specifically impacting templates that do not contain placeholders. Templates with placeholders are unaffected.
Our team is actively working on a fix. In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, we recommend creating new templates that include placeholders.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will share an update as soon as the fix is deployed.
